Terms of Sale
Last updated: 2 September 2026
1. What you're buying
Products sold on this site are digital — frameworks, courses, or downloadable materials. Access is granted [IMMEDIATELY / WITHIN X HOURS — TO CONFIRM] of successful payment via Stripe.
2. Who you're buying from
Karolis Stasiūnas, sole trader, [REGISTERED BUSINESS ADDRESS — TO CONFIRM], United Kingdom. Contact: karolis.founder.sl@gmail.com
3. Pricing
All prices are shown in [GBP — TO CONFIRM] and [INCLUDE / EXCLUDE VAT — TO CONFIRM, depending on VAT registration status]. I reserve the right to change prices for future purchases; your price is locked at the point of purchase.
4. Your right to cancel — and what happens to it here
Under UK and EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase without giving a reason. Because these products give you instant access to digital content, that right is lost once download or access begins — but only if you expressly agree to this at checkout.
That agreement is taken as a separate, unticked checkbox at the point of payment, not buried in this page: it confirms you understand you are waiving the 14-day cooling-off period in exchange for immediate access. Without that explicit checkout consent, the standard 14-day right applies.
5. Refunds
Digital products aren't refunded once accessed, except where there's a genuine technical fault preventing access — email karolis.founder.sl@gmail.com and I'll sort it directly, case by case. This does not affect your statutory rights where the product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
No guarantees are made about specific outcomes or results from using any framework or product; individual results vary. See the Disclaimer.
6. Support
Questions about a purchase: karolis.founder.sl@gmail.com.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
